I have a return trip to the fair scheduled with the family. I also spoke to the Manager of Health Services from the Minnesota Department of Health regarding food safety at the fair. In Minnesota "Food-on-a-stick" is virtually synonymous with the state fair.
I was at the fair yesterday. Keep an eye on this spot, there will be more to come.
